I wrote my first cookbook in 2005 after leaving a life as a professional pastry chef to raise my boys. Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day was a wild success, selling more than 600,000 copies! It changed the direction of my career and I haven’t stopped writing since. I am now the author of 10 cookbooks, including the New York Times Best-selling, Zoë Bakes Cookies, the IACP award winning, Zoë Bakes Cakes, and co-author of the best-selling Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day series, plus many of them have been translated into other languages. It’s fun to think people are baking from my books all over the world. I am currently working on a book about pies, which I am so excited about, but you’ll have to give me a little more time to finish.
If you or someone in your life loves to bake, I hope you’ll enjoy one (or all) of my cookbooks! Happy Baking! xo Zoë
