The holiday meal, of course, has plenty to offer, but what stands out more to your guests than the grand finale? Perhaps it’s because of the classic gingerbread houses and gingerbread men, but ginger is one of those flavors associated with Christmas and the holiday season. I love baking with the fragrant and peppery sweet spice all fall and winter, so it’s no wonder that these ginger desserts would be perfect at a holiday feast. The ginger stands out as the star in some of these treats, but even when it takes a backseat you’ll get a nice kick of the seasonal favorite.
