  92. I have followed you for awhile! I made the chocolate cake (GF) with the marshmallows on top for a fundraiser right before the pandemic hit. It was such a treat for the people who didn’t expect to see GF cake.

  93. Hi Zoe!
I bought this book last December after seeing that amazing looking “stand up” Bûche de Noel on your Instagram page. What an outstanding cake that is! (And I’ve made my share of Bûche de Noel’s). Not only impressive in presentation, it is absolutely delicious!

Then my 4 year old grandson was checking out your book and came upon the sprinkle cake… which he promptly called his Birthday Cake… so I made that next. Another big hit!

Then, at my daughter’s, I made the Pavlova for the family Sader…. Seems i’m 3 for 3 in the dessert success department!

Your instructions are easy to follow and the baking academy “extras” are truly insightful. So, last night I tackled Italian meringue to make the Angel Pie you featured on Instagram… wow! Is that a fun dessert. I made Lime curd instead of lemon and yikes!! Another level of curd!

Thank you Zoe! I truly adore your book… it has made an impact in my life that is very appreciated by my friends and family.

  94. Loved the carrot cake recipe! Also wondering what blowtorch was used in the demo for this on instagram

  95. Hi! I do not have this book yet and would love to get a copy of it! What would I make first….,that’s a tough question, but probably the Carrot Cake recipe as I love a good carrot cake. My first bake would be your Black Forest Cake, because I love the combination of those flavors. I was in graduate school when I attended a birthday party and a Black Forest Cake was served. I had never heard of it, and when I took a bite, I thought it was the best slice of cake I’d ever tasted!

  367. Hi Zoe! I love your show on the Magnolia Network. You make baking a pleasure!
I have made your chocolate zucchini bread to rave results! I would love to attempt your Honey Beehive Cake.

  370. I have the cookbook on hold at my library! Very excited to read it – even better if I win a copy and don’t have to wait for the library. I have been teaching my kids to bake and would let them pick which cake to make first.

  371. I love your book—anything I bake from it makes me feel like an artist. If a won a copy, I would gift your book to my daughter (who inherited my love of baking) because she would appreciate your signature as much as the recipes, and my two grandkids would drool over the photos! I bet they would want to make that Hot Chocolate Cake first.

  380. I absolutely love your book! My husband declared the chocolate devil’s food cake the best cake I have ever made:) My son’s favorite is the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The “Cake Academy” section is a must-read — it is so helpful!!

  381. I’ve been an admirer since the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes came out and to this day I still make bread using that recipe and method. There’s nothing like the smell of bread baking and fresh bread. Or taste.
This book would be the perfect addition to my baking books collection, even though my husband thinks I have too many. Never enough. Thanks Zoe and I love your show on Magnolia Network.

  394. I am fascinated with all your baking skills and would love to learn more. Your cookbook would be a great gift! Thank you for sharing your talent and passion.

  396. I would love to get a copy of your cookbook! I love your show!! I also have a college aged son and love sending him care packages.

  397. Loved your Williston bread making Zoom class and learned so much. Now I’d love to move on to making your cakes!

  398. Would love to win this book. I enjoy baking for my family and am interested in finding a good pound cake recipe. One of yours would definitely be one of the first things I’d make.

  399. I’m so excited about this giveaway! I’d make your chocolate zucchini cake first. I love the sweetness of zucchini in sweet and savory dishes. Your cookbook is beautiful and informative. Thank you for the opportunity to participate!

Looking forward to more episodes of your show!

  400. I gave this beautiful book as a gift and neglected to get a copy for myself! The pages of helpful tips and guides at the beginning are reason enough to keep this book handy. And the chocolate zucchini bundt is simply a winner!

  401. I would love to win this book. I like decorating cakes and am blown away by the talent of Zoe.

  402. My cake baking skills definitely need some work! I haven’t baked anything out of your book yet, but like so many others, those toasted marshmallows on the cover are calling my name. I’d share the cake with my fiance!

  405. I would love to win this book and bake my mom a cake as a thank you for helping me move across the country this month 🙂

  406. The cover cake looks like my mom’s dream cake with those marshmallows. I’d love to make it and share it with her!

  407. All the cakes I have seen look delish! And I love your show – when are you doing more episodes?

  408. I think I would CRY if I won this. My mom is the biggest fan and it’s been such a saving grace of a TV show during a couple of horrible years. I’m dreaming of the photos in it and I know it’s probably not in the book, but I’m ready to try my first Pavlova!

  409. The first cake I made was the plum cake. The texture of the cake is beautiful, the plums turn jammy, and there is a crunch on top from the cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top. It’s not too sweet, just a versatile cake that’s good for breakfast, tea/coffee time, dessert or late night snack…it’s just delightful anytime!

  410. If I would unexpectedly and serendipitously win a signed copy of your book, I would immediately bake something absolutely amazing from it for my 6 beautiful grandchildren!

  411. I’d love to try and make your pound cake. My son in law is from England and would love to try and make it. It reminds him of home. It is a staple there.

  412. Hi Zoe,

I bought your book a few months ago after seeing your recipe for Pavlova posted on IG. I knew I had to make it for my son’s birthday. I grew up with my mom baking meringue recipes and it’s my all time fav.

I did make it but it sure didn’t look like yours . However, you inspire me to keep on baking. I will get it one day.

Keep on Baking. All the best.
    Lorelei

  413. I would love a copy of the book, from what I have seen, the photography is wonderful and your recipes delectable, simple and delicious. First thing I would make is anything chocolate, mainly for me, but to share with family.

  414. I bake your blueberry all the time!! The chocolate cake on the cover will be on my to do list.

  415. I love that you include technical explanations as you teach. It really allows me to understand why I’m doing something, which ultimately allows me to remember the tips + create more extraordinary desserts, consistently. I’m celiac, so I convert everything to GF and I’m excited to dive into that with more of your cakes.

  416. How do I choose what to bake? So many choices. It is rhubarb season, or maybe something vegan for my daughter? Or the Frozen passion fruit souffle inspired by Larousse or the yummy looking Hot chocolate cake with just the right looking crumb and texture, or a chance to use my vanilla beans that have been soaking and waiting for just the right recipe. Too many yummy looking things. I love that you do your own photography and provide those tempting pics. I am also very interested in getting some pointers for my daughters wedding cake and was thrilled to see that addition to your book. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and inspiration…..

  417. I have been mesmerized by your baking show. I am baking for my daughter’s upcoming wedding because in Pittsburgh we do a wedding cookie table! I will be baking some of the cookies you made for your son in one of your baking segments. I’m so thankful that Magnolia Network found you. You are an inspiration not only to bakers but your kindness to your neighbors is contagious. Thank you for sharing your genius with us.

  418. I had a ridiculous amount of fun baking the Honey Cake with you and I can’t wait to bake more!

  419. I don’t have your book yet, but I plan on checking it out at our local bookstore. I would love to make one of your cakes as a down home statement for my daughter’s, COVID setback, wedding reception that was to happen last year. I can see lots of fresh flowers as adornments. I know you’ll have just the right cake for this occasion.

  420. I would love a copy if this cookbook! A feast for the eyes, the soul and the belly all in one volume!

  421. If I don’t win your book, I’m just gonna have to buy it because I LOVE to bake and anxious to try new recipes. You are too adorable on your show. I wanna be your next door neighbor (in a nice and not stalker kind of way).

  422. I have loved watching your show. Such beautiful cakes and bread! I’d have to bake my husband a birthday cake.

  423. Your book is gorgeous! The cakes are works of art. You inspire me to bake – starting simple.

  424. Oh, wow . . . thank you so much for the incredible opportunity. What fun I will have with this. I love everything you do and how you do it. The touch of the master’s hand.

  425. Would love a copy of this cookbook! I’m looking for a good cake recipe to make something special for myself for my upcoming golden birthday 🙂

  426. I adore the look of the Angel Pie with Lime Curd and Berries, so that would have to be the first I’ll try!

  427. Oh I can already smell the wonderful aroma permeating through my kitchen with one of your cakes baking in my oven!! I would start from the delicious beginning and bake my way to the end of your decadent pages of heavenly creations! Goodness gracious~my family will think I’ve gone “nuts” if they’re presented with a scrumptious dessert every single day. But I cannot hide the wonderful smell when they walk in.
I will be so excited, and my family too, if I am gifted your book that contains your sweet heart and soul recipes! Thank you Zoe for your generosity. Big hugs~

  436. I’d really love to get a copy of your book – I’m a sucker for homemade marshmallows (and chocolate!), so I might be most excited for your hot chocolate cake. I love baking but my partner and I simply can’t manage to eat everything I make, so my coworkers usually get to be the lucky recipients of my late night baking fests 🙂

  437. Dearest Zoe,
Thank you or the opportunity for a signed copy of your book. I first came acquitted with you from a podcast interview with David Lebovitz and bought the book right away. I now use your book as my “ Cake Bible!” I have made, lemon pound cake from my Meyers Lemons in my front yard, hot chocolate cake with making for the first time my own marshmallows, a wedding cake, many times lemon curd which is divine, but I believe my favorite so far has been the pumpkin chocolate with meringue topping. It just melted with every bite.
There’s so many recipes on my list to make.
I am on Instagram and have shared all my posts. Thank you for your love and dedication to sharing all your techniques with all of us. It’s a book that inspires bakers.

I love you detailed explanations and casual and energetic approach to baking. Your cakes are aesthetically beautiful. I love how you describe in detail how to make different meringues. I would love to win you book!! Thanks for the gamble.

  442. Your show is beautifully done. The filming and directing are really nice and the side segments really add to the history of what lead you to this place in your life. I used to bake all the time, baked and decorated cakes for friends. But then my husband passed away and I stopped. After finding your show, I felt inspired to bake again. Thank you for creating a beautiful and inspiring show for your viewers. 🙂

  443. I will be baking for my hubby’s coworkers in the Emergency Department! They are such amazing heroes and I love to let them know how much they are appreciated by pampering them with delicious treats!

  444. I’ve made some of your cookies and bars, but I would love to be able to make your cakes for my siblings, especially for my sister who absolutely loves your cakes.

  445. There is a wonderful group of women who got together each week to knit and crochet and solve all the world’s problems before COVID stopped us. I’m the oldest member of the group, and they have been very supportive both figuratively and literally (when they picked me up after I had fallen on the pavement one evening). I would love to bake that first cake (and many more) for them. Maybe we can meet soon as the weather warms and the evenings grow longer. Your cakes look fabulous, and I know that your breads are great because I have been baking them for nearly ten years now.

  456. I want to bake every cake. I guess I’d just start work the first one and work my way through them all.

  457. I’m already a fan. Every Sunday morning my friend and I bake via Zoom. Our bakes are often from “Zoe Bakes Cakes” and we quote you freely, “Zoe says…” I have truthfully liked every cake I’ve made so far (probably half the cakes in the book), but I think my favorite is the Best Ever Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake. I’ve made it many times. I also really like the pavolva, but I struggle with how to fill it without cracking the meringue. I’ll keep practicing. I don’t “need” a signed copy of the book, but I’d love it.

  458. I don’t have your book yet but would love to! Always amazed at all your baking! If I win, I’d bake for my family, friends, neighbors, coworkers….as always! I love to bake and love even more to share food with others! Thank you for the inspiration!
