A Day Spent Baking with ShootingTheKitchen.com!

This photograph of me was taken by Susan Powers, while we sat at Tilia and sampled ALL the desserts. Our day together began baking Linzer cookies, carrot cake cupcakes and a gluten-free pizza for lunch, at my house. Being a food blogger and writing cookbooks is, for the most part, a solitary profession. It was such a treat for me to share the kitchen with Susan and her partner in Shoot The Kitchen, Stephanie Meyer.

They are both incredibly talented and passionate women, who have a love of food that is as deep as mine. Stephanie, in addition to preparing the recipes on Shoot the Kitchen, blogs at Fresh Tart and started the Minnesota Food Bloggers group. Susan Powers has more energy than the average human, that is saying something coming from a mother of two young boys, she has written 3 books, including Rawmazing Easy Raw Food, blogs at Rawmazing.com and is a professional photographer. Shoot The Kitchen is their latest passion and it is a glimpse into the real life of professional chefs and their surroundings.

To see my kitchen and what we baked that day visit Shoot The Kitchen.

You can sample some of the goodies at Tilia in Minneapolis.

  1. Zoe,

I saw you hard at work at Tilia but didn’t want to bother you (and Sam). Finally got to taste the German Chocolate Cupcake: DIVINE!

  2. Zoe, I know you make gorgeous pastries and dessert, but you are beautiful too and it was a bummer to see your face blurred out!!

    1. Hi Jill,

Thank you so much! I promise there are way too many shots of me, that are in focus, if you follow the link to Shooting The Kitchen! 😉

      Cheers, Zoë
