On Book Tour, Please Come Visit!

This is a picture my dad took of Jeff and me at our first book signing at Barnes & Noble in Edina, MN. From there we jumped on a plane and spent the next two days in Chicago and Milwaukee. Thanks to all of you who have come out to see us along the way. We would love to meet all of you and if we are coming to your town please stop by to say hello! Here is our book tour schedule. We are adding cities to the tour so check back in a few days if your town isn’t on the list yet.

Please visit www.healthybreadinfive.com to see our recipe for Whole Wheat Brioche and other Bread in Five news.

Thanks, Zoë

  3. Zoe,
I am looking forward to making one of your events and book tour stops!! I grew up on wonderful homemade bread and haven’t mastered it for myself…yet! Looking forward to the inspiration and the tips! -Chris Ann

  4. Congrats on the new book! That is so exciting! Wish you were heading to Utah somewhere in that schedule, but that looks like one super busy schedule already!

  5. Hi Zoe…so disapointed that you won’t be coming to Georgia….can’t wait to get the new book…my bread baking has slowed down because we are dieting but the neighbors still love getting fresh baked bread….and I owe my success all to you…Thank you!!

  6. Zoe, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated you stopping by my blog and leaving a comment! I could have pinched myself! I had no idea you had a blog and will definitely be a subscriber! I do want to thank you for writing this amazing book! I can’t even begin to tell you how much it means to working, busy mama’s like myself to be able to fit homemade bread into our schedules! For awhile, I’ve stuck to your recipe from Mother Earth News, I’m so excited to venture off and try other bread recipes from the book! Thank you Zoe, you are such an inspiration!

  7. Hi Sue,

I too wish we were coming to Atlanta. We have been trying but nothing has materialized yet! I’ll keep you posted!

I hope to meet you soon! Zoë

  8. Hi Diana,

Wow, thank YOU so much for stopping by and the lovely note. I’m thrilled that you have been baking the bread and hope you enjoy the new book! We wrote the book for busy people, so it is wonderful to hear that you are using it!

    Thanks, Zoë

  9. Hi,

What is the difference between vital wheat gluten and vital gluten. Where do you find these two ingredients?.
    Is Vital the brand???

(I got your recipe off a clip from View from the Bay and I am having a hard time finding answers via regular google searches. When I search either they both say gluten derived from wheat…which is obvious, so does one have a higher concentration or something??)

    P.S. I love your site!

  10. Thanks to you and Jeff for your two books. We have sent copies of Vol.1 to all our family and friends. Now that Vol2 is here we will do that too. Truly your two books have changed our lives. We no longer buy bread. We and our friends and family have been enjoying all the recipes. BTW the weights and measures chart in Vol 2 is really good. Thanks again, and good for you for doing this book. Best,BER
