Private Class with Suvir and Zoë (February 25th at Bret’s Table)

American Masala

Suvir Saran is one of the most forward thinking chefs of our time. His recipes borrow from ancient traditions and yet he gives them a modern and unexpected twist. He is truly inspired! It is an honor and a delight to spend an evening listening to his intelligent musings on food and eating his spectacular creations. He is the author of two of my favorite and most used cook books. Indian Home Cooking and American Masala: 125 New Classics from My Home Kitchen.

Suvir Saran

On February 25th, 2008 he is teaming up with Bret’s Table to offer a private class to 6 lucky guests. The evening will be a tasting of recipes from his newest tome American Masala from 6:00pm-9:00pm. I will be there as well to make naan from Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day to accompany his meal.

To get more information and to sign up for this private class please visit Bret’s Table! Hope to see you there.

  1. Thank you for a fabulous class last night. I feel fortunate to have made it in! The food was divine but the company even better. I loved the energy and camaraderie that was abundant. It has renewed my own endeavors in the kitchen. It was wonderful to finally meet you, Suvir, Bret and company.

    Thank you again!

I hope to see you again soon! Let me know what you have been making from the book.

    Very best, Zoë

  3. I have been making bread from Jeff’s and Zoe’s books on Artesian bread for years, since their first book was published. I am addicted to your bread recipes. My husband and I purchased the Artesian Bread in 5 for our 5 children and many friends. We are thrilled with your success.
