12 Red, White and Blue Fourth of July Desserts

Don’t be fooled into thinking you can’t put together a beautiful dessert table when the weather is hot. Summer days call for cool treats, but also anything with fresh berries. Here are some of my favorite red, white and/or blue 4th of July desserts.

This Baked Alaska recipe is a given on the Fourth of July with its beautiful red, white and blue color scheme. While the recipe requires some planning with the different flavors of ice cream, the results are worth it in style, flavor and for a cold treat on a hot day.

  1. thank you for all of these, I’m tempted to even try the Almond Dacquoise Cake! Love the galette especially, its such a perfect way to feature blueberries, but really I could make and eat any one of these on the 4th
