What a delightful change from banana bread. As my friend said, that is a delicious taste of fall. The granola is such a nice compliment to the pears. My new favorite bread to bake. Thank you again Zoe for great recipes and inspiration to bake.

Zoë, funny enough I made it last night! Turned out amazing, except I got antsy and took it out of the oven probably 3 minutes early so the very center was still too moist. Still was delicious, and I might even like it more this way. Thanks again for posting! – todd
