I used it as part of the filling of two giant prunes aux armagnac trifles with pastry cream and mascarpone, loaded with prunes soaked in armagnac.  It was splendiferous!! Can&#039;t wait to try it again for just the delicious bread pudding which I could not stop eating. Due to a timing emergency, I had to turn down the temperature and slow bake to under 300 for an hour and a half, it was perfection!]]></description>
